Every zedlia purchase qualifies for free expedited shipping. All shipments are fully insured and shipped via FedEx Two-Day. Marking it a surprise? We can ship to the nearest FedEx location and have the package securely held for you to pick up. Upgraded overnight service is available upon request for a nominal fee. We ship worldwide with FedEx International Priority. Delivery times are dependent on the country’s customs. Clients are responsible for duties and taxes. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge.
Enjoy no hassle, easy returns at zedlia. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To return an order, please contact us at 1-866-676-1111 or 213-488-5353. We will email you a fully insured, FedEx Two-Day shipping label, and it will include instructions on how to package and ship your item from your nearest FedEx facility. Returns will be processed within a week of receipt.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident you will love your new zedlia piece! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its new, unused condition for a full refund or exchange. There will be no return shipping fee or restocking fee.
Special orders and items that have been customized or resized are eligible for a 100% credit towards another zedlia piece. (Some exclusions apply, please ask us for details.) We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your custom order. In the rare case that you’re not, we will work with you until you’re completely happy. It’s our guarantee!
At zedlia we are committed to a superior quality standard. Each piece is handcrafted and quality inspected before shipment. We take pride in our standard for diamond quality and skilled craftsmanship. We are pleased to offer a three-month warranty against any manufacturing defects and a lifetime warranty on the precious metal and diamond authenticity. Free lifetime in-store cleaning and inspection is always available. We recommend having your piece deep cleaned and refinished once every year to two years depending on wear. We do offer this service at a nominal fee. Shipping and insurance is extra.
zedlia recommends independently insuring the ring with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance against loss, theft, or damage. There are also specialty jewelry insurance companies, like Jeweler’s Mutual, that will insure all exquisite zedlia pieces.
